I recently visited Emma for help with tight muscle pain in my upper and lower back, caused from having to work from home since COVID and sitting at a desk all day. I was sceptical as to whether she would even be able to help much - but boy was I wrong! Emma is extremely professional, my pain has completely eased and she also provided me with some very useful exercises to incorporate into my daily routine and minimise any back pain from returning. The studio is very welcoming and relaxing - the whole experience was great and I'll 100% be back again!
